This plan, agreed to by 179 nations in 1992, is not about sustainable development in the commonly understood sense but rather about moving populations into concentrated urban centers while clearing rural areas.
Agenda 21 is implemented through public-private partnerships, which equates with fascism and corporatocracy. The ultimate goal, as described, is a one-world government with total control from a central unit. A fully developed totalitarian state.
