Population control is the background theory behind much of the conversation. A repeated theme is that elites view billions of people as an administrative problem.
Controversy over rising or falling birth rates should be avoided. Instead a focus on the conflicting narratives of global population growth concerns versus global population decline crisis narratives.
The theory layer is that demographic pressure creates justification for AI SMART management, automation, identity systems, biometric access, managed benefits, and tighter allocation of resources.
The speculative layer says that population pressure is used to justify social-credit systems, biometric access, genetic intervention, robotics, digital benefits, and consumption limits.
