Canonical URL: https://conspirograph.com/topic/human-cloning/card/743
In a video statement, Bill Clinton addressed concerns about human cloning, highlighting potential loopholes that could allow the practice if technology advanced. He announced a directive banning federal funding for any human cloning activities and urged the scientific community to adopt a voluntary moratorium until ethical implications were fully debated. Clinton emphasized the need to consider 'faith, family, philosophy, and values' alongside scientific progress. The transcript suggests a cautious approach driven by moral and ethical considerations rather than purely technical ones. 📍 With many ties to Epstein can he be trusted? Was this research banned so it could proceed in secret?
