This thread is a useful bridge between digital identity systems, banking rails, social-credit fears, and climate policy. 

The rollout involves: net-zero goals which create the demand for measurement, digital identity creates the access layer, and payment systems create a way to attach scoring to ordinary life.

Public institutions promote net-zero commitments and digital identity frameworks. Financial companies have also built carbon-footprint tools for card spending. 

These tools could be used as a global coercion system. The separate pieces are visible and the concern is about how they could be joined.
